Super long waiting time. No specialists on site, they have to call them. Nurses is a hit and miss. The first one was knowledgeable and professional, the second one was catastrophic. Doctors bed side manners are great, but I had to come back because the firstGet ready for a big bill by Moroccan standards, especially if you mention you have insurance. Reception are kind once they warm up to you, on first contact they were fairly distant and not welcoming. Some of the staff speaks English, both doctors I saw did too. Obviously French and Arabic too. When taking a cab, make sure to mention "clinic not hospital", as there's a hospital with the same name in the same block or so. There's a pharmacy at the junction where the hospital main entrance is (you can't the junction it's a huge empty space or crossroads). There's also a couple of para-pharmacies nearby that sell cast covers, crutches, and that type of stuff.
